Aurora (Noun, Latin: dawn)

Our Kathedraal Blonde has been brewed with great care and dedication. It takes its name from the eastern apsidiole or radiating chapel of the Cathedral of Our Lady. Its name evokes the path from darkness to light, symbolising love and mercy. It derives its aroma from Aurora hops and a selection of herbs, with a splash of lingering citrus from Pilgrim hops.

Memento Mori (Latin: Remember that you have to die)

Don’t be deterred by this centuries-old invocation to reflect on life and death, like the monk above the cathedral’s main entrance admonishes us to do. Take some time for self-reflection while you sample this dark ale with a hint of grains of paradise.
