Helping hands

Become a volunteer at the Cathedral!

Perhaps you may find a commitment that interests you here.

Guide FamCat

You will play a role in the monthly meetings and celebrations of the Familia Cathedralis (FamCat) and be involved in various activities as a facilitator, guide or logistician. (Dutch language)

Welcomer

As a host/hostess, you will welcome tourists and visitors who enter the Cathedral. You have time and space to answer questions and point the people in the right direction. You are also open for a chat or a more in-depth conversation. (Dutch language necessary, other languages are a bonus.)

Bistro ‘De Plek’

Have you been bitten by the hospitality and conviviality bug? Then helping and serving in our bistro De Plek is for you. You will be part of an enthusiastic team that provides the real 'living room feeling'. (Dutch language necessary, other languages are a bonus.)

Altar server

If you are interested in liturgy , you may enjoy playing an active role on the altar  during Mass celebrations. Serving Mass is the perfect way to be closely involved in the spiritual life of the Cathedral.

Flower arranging

On holy days and important celebrations, the Cathedral is decorated with colourful flower arrangements. Artistic souls can certainly fit right in our flower team.
